Litigant – General Litigation Department

Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Represent members during disciplinary hearings. Represent members at the CCMA and relevant bargaining councils. Attend conciliations and retrenchment consultations. Negotiate with employers on behalf of members. Provide legal advice to members. Conduct legal research and prepare relevant legal documentation. Handle correspondence and member enquiries.

Build and maintain professional relationships with members, employers and relevant stakeholders. Write articles for print and electronic media. Travel as required for hearings, consultations and other work-related matters. Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
