Lockbox Operations Specialist – 2nd Shift Kelly Services is partnering with a client in Earth City, Missouri, to hire a Lockbox Operations Specialist. This position will support high-volume data entry and document-processing activities within a fast-paced wholesale lockbox environment. Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Location: Earth City, MO Assignment Length: Temporary assignment anticipated to continue through March 2027 Start Date: As soon as onboarding requirements are completed Responsibilities: 	 Accurately enter and verify information within internal systems 	 Sort, review, and process documents and payment-related materials 	 Ensure information is complete, accurate, and processed within established deadlines 	 Meet daily productivity and quality expectations 	 Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary 	 Follow established procedures for handling sensitive and confidential information 	 Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Qualifications: 	 Previous data entry, document processing, administrative, banking operations, or similar experience preferred 	 Strong attention to detail and accuracy 	 Ability to meet productivity and quality standards 	 Comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume work 	 Basic computer and data-entry skills 	 Dependable and able to consistently work the Tuesday–Saturday schedule 	 Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Candidates must meet applicable onboarding and screening requirements before beginning the assignment.
