Evaluate and manage adult and geriatric patients with cardiovascular conditions. Provide cardiovascular disease services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested. Collaborate with supporting specialties and services, including Family Medicine, OBGYN, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Emergency Department, and Hospitalist teams. Document patient care using Epic . Maintain documentation of relevant cardiovascular clinical activity from the previous 24 months for credentialing purposes. Provide case-log documentation demonstrating cardiovascular disease services representative of the requested privileges.
No inpatient rounding, admissions, or call coverage is required. Qualifications MD or DO — required. Active Alaska medical license in hand at the time of presentation — required. Willingness to obtain an Alaska license: No . BLS — required. BLS certification must be from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross , as applicable. Epic proficiency — required.
