This is a 6-month contract with potential for permanent placement, with start dates available from August 1, 2026. Quick Facts Location: Pittsfield, MA (725 North Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201) Start Date: 08/01/2026 Duration: 6-month contract with 6-month locum-to-perm conversion timeline Shift: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract with potential for permanent placement Licensure/Certs: Active CNA license required Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour (Med Mal coverage included) Additional Compensation: Overtime after 10 hours, holiday pay at 1.5x rate Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Flight, hotel, and rental car reimbursements per travel policy What You’ll Do Supervise and assist in general surgical cases for both adult and pediatric patients Administer IV regional, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia protocols Support anesthetic management for obstetric, neurosurgical, and trauma cases Collaborate within a team across 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy suites Use Meditech Expanse EMR system for documentation Contribute to a safe, efficient surgical environment in a Level 3 trauma center Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures What You Need Active CRNA license in Massachusetts Supervised practice experience as a CRNA preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently or supervised as required About the Assignment This position is based at a leading hospital in Pittsfield, MA, featuring a busy surgical environment with a collaborative OR staff.
