We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time locum opportunity at an Acute Care Hospital in York, Pennsylvania . This position offers exposure to a wide variety of surgical specialties within a Level I Trauma Center , working alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams in a medically directed anesthesia model. Providers will care for patients of all ages across diverse and complex surgical settings.

No call or overtime is required. Job Responsibilities: • Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical and procedural cases. • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations. • Deliver anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients. • Provide anesthesia services for trauma, cardiac, neuro, spine, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, orthopedic, GI, plastic, robotic, and other specialty procedures.

• Perform epidural anesthesia independently in accordance with facility protocols. • Utilize GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and ultrasound-guided anesthesia techniques. • Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period and ensure patient safety. • Document anesthesia care accurately using Epic EMR. • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications: ✅ Qualifications • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required. • Active Pennsylvania CRNA license or Compact License required. • Current ACLS and PALS certifications required. • Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience preferred. • Recent Epic EMR experience preferred. • Experience with diverse surgical specialties and advanced anesthesia techniques. • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.

Working Hours: • Full-time schedule only. • 4–5 shifts per week, 10-hour day shifts. • Shift times vary: 6:15 AM – 4:45 PM, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM, or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday). • No on-call responsibilities. • No overtime required. • Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
