Travel expenses reimbursed, including: Mileage Rental car Hotel Flight Malpractice Covered Job Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care across a variety of outpatient surgical cases Deliver safe anesthesia services under medical direction (1:3 model) Manage both pediatric and adult patients Administer anesthesia for: Orthopedic procedures (high volume) General surgery ENT, dental, gynecology, eye surgeries Endoscopy procedures Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in an outpatient setting Ensure proper pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia management Qualifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – required Active Pennsylvania CRNA license – required (no licensing support available) ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications – required Must be willing to work full-time schedule (5x8s only) Strong preference for clean credentialing file for expedited processing Working Hours Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Hours: 8-hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid lunch Coverage Type: Full-time (40 hours/week required) Call: None Contract Length: Through March 31, 2027 Start Date: August 3, 2026 Skills Proficiency in general anesthesia for outpatient surgery Strong experience with: Orthopedic anesthesia (heavy emphasis) Pediatric and adult anesthesia care Regional anesthesia techniques (preferred in ASC setting) Ability to work efficiently in a high-throughput surgical environment Competence in medical direction (1:3 model) workflows Strong communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary surgical teams Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
