• We are seeking an experienced Dermatology APP (NP/PA) to support patient care in an acute care hospital setting. • The role primarily covers Clifton Springs with possible float support to nearby dermatology services. • Ideal for providers comfortable managing high patient volumes in a collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities: • Evaluate and manage dermatologic conditions in outpatient settings • Perform skin assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans • Manage patient load of approximately 25–35 patients per day • Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff for coordinated care • Provide patient education on skincare and treatment plans Qualifications: • Active New York NP or PA license (required – in hand) • Board Certified NP or PA • Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience (dermatology preferred) • Recent EPIC EMR experience required • BLS certification required • Strong and consistent work history (no gaps over 30 days) Working Hours: • Monday – Friday • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Flexible scheduling may be considered Skills: • Strong dermatology clinical and diagnostic skills • Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently • Excellent documentation and EMR proficiency (EPIC) • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
