📍 Location: Lakewood, CO 📅 Start Date: Dec 23 or As soon as Credentialed 📆 Ongoing Need: 5–7 shifts/month ⏰ Schedule: 24-hour inpatient call (7 AM – 7 AM next day) 💻 EMR: Epic (training required before start) 🛏️ Setting: Inpatient | Level 1 Trauma Center 👥 Support: No APP/MD support – must be comfortable working solo 🔍 Scope of Work: GI consults only – no admissions Patient volume: 8–10 new patients + follow-ups per shift 5–8 scopes per day Procedures Required: ✅ Endoscopy ✅ GI Bleed management ✅ Evaluation of GI conditions ✅ ERCP & EUS – REQUIRED Patients: Adult, Geriatric, Adolescent (15+ yrs, >50kg) 🧾 EMR Training Requirements: Must be completed in order to start on time ✅ Epic Modules (self-paced) ✅ Epic Virtual Training (must be scheduled after modules) Candidates will not start without training completion.

📋 Submission Requirements – Must Be Noted: ✅ Board Certified in Gastroenterology ✅ Gastroenterology Fellowship – Required ✅ Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand) ✅ Active DEA (transferable, must remain active for duration) ✅ Available for December 23–Jan 1 stint ✅ Comfortable performing ERCP & EUS (must confirm in notes) ✅ Understands and agrees to EMR training process ✅ Clean background/malpractice – highly preferred ✈️ Travel Notes: 🚘 Local/drive-in providers strongly preferred 🏨 Lodging must follow client travel policy ( no independent bookings ) 📍 Must include home city in submission for travel planning 📆 Credentialing Timeline: Standard: 60–90 days Emergency Privileges: 1–2 weeks (with a clean file) This is a prime locum opportunity for experienced GIs skilled in ERCP and EUS looking for consistent call shifts at a respected Level 1 trauma center.
