🩺 Locum Hematology / Oncology Physician – Hartford, Connecticut | Long-Term Assignment

We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician for a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in Hartford, Connecticut . This is a long-term assignment with a collaborative team and a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care. 📍 Location Hartford, Connecticut ⏳ Assignment Details Start: As soon as credentialed Length: 6 months – 1 year (possible extension) Credentialing timeframe: ~130 days 🗓 Schedule 3 clinic days per week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ) Infrequent night and weekend call Weekend call: 2–3 per year Night call rotation: 1:10 🏥 Practice Setting Inpatient consults + Outpatient clinic Adults / Geriatric patients Case mix: 80% Hematology | 20% Oncology No Internal Medicine coverage 👩‍⚕️ Team Structure 10 Physicians 8 Advanced Practice Providers Patient volume: ~10 patients per day (hospital) ~15 patients per day (outpatient) ⚙️ Facility Details Level I Trauma Center EMR: Epic ✅ Requirements Board Certified – Required Active Connecticut License – Required at submission (No exceptions) Local candidates preferred (no flights) Self-Query NPDB report required (same month as submission) 🌆 Why Hartford?
