This role offers a unique blend of obstetric, gynecologic, surgical, labor & delivery, postpartum, and emergency consult experience, making it an excellent opportunity for providers seeking a dynamic and clinically rewarding practice. You'll work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and certified nurse midwives with 24/7 support coverage.

Job Responsibilities: • First Assist for C-Sections and Emergency GYN Surgeries • Labor & Delivery and Maternity Floor Management • OB Triage Coverage • Inpatient GYN Consults and Management • Post-Operative GYN Rounding • Support for Obstetric and Postpartum Patients Qualifications: • Active Massachusetts PA License • NCCPA Certification (PA-C) • Strong First Assist Experience • C-Section First Assist Experience • Emergency GYN Surgery First Assist Experience • Fetal Heart Rate Interpretation Skills Working Hours: ⏰ Schedule: Full-Time | 3 Shifts per Week 🌙 Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights & Weekends) 📞 Call: Included (3 shifts/week)
