Locum Opportunity – Electrophysiology (MD) – Pennsylvania Specialty : Electrophysiology (Cardiology) Coverage Dates: September 8–11 September 17–18 September 24–25 October 1–2 October 19–30 December 28–31 Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No call required Practice Setting : Academic/Training Outpatient Clinic/Private Practice Hospital Work Details: Up to 40 hours/week, once per month and as needed for vacation coverage Patient Volume: Outpatient: ~16 patients/day Inpatient : 10–15 patients/day Patient Age : 18–100 years Support Staff: 1 dedicated outpatient clinical team 1 dedicated inpatient APP EMR: Epic Hospital Size: 270 beds Procedures Required: Pacemaker implantation ICD implantation (traditional and subcutaneous) Loop recorder implantation/explantation Ablations: AVNRT SVT Atrial Flutter Required Skills: Cardiology Electrophysiology Pay on 1099: Hourly Rate: $400/hr Requirements: Updated CV (No gaps above 30 days ) NPDB Self Query (with in 30 days of presentation) Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) required at submission DEA ACLS BLS Credentialing: Approximately 90 days Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file Active PA license or IMLC LOQ must be in hand to submit
