Locum Physician – Electrophysiology - Chambersburg, PA_ Offering Best Rates+ Full Travel & Lodging Assistance _AS

We are seeking experienced Electrophysiology Physicians (MD/DO) for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. This position offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no call requirement . The physician will provide both inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology services, working alongside a dedicated clinical team and APP support. Job Responsibilities: Provide inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology care.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with cardiac rhythm disorders. Perform electrophysiology procedures within the physician's scope of practice. Perform pacemaker and ICD implantations. Perform loop recorder implantation and/or explantation. Perform cardiac ablation procedures, including: AVN ablation SVT ablation Atrial flutter ablation Manage and follow patients with implanted cardiac devices.

Conduct inpatient consultations and outpatient follow-ups. Collaborate with APPs, clinical staff, and other cardiology specialists. Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic EMR. Provide high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care. Qualifications: MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology/Cardiology Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ required for submission DEA required BLS and ACLS required EP clinical experience Ability to provide both inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology services Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Current coverage dates include: September 8–11 September 17–18 September 24–25 October 1–2 October 19–30 December 28–31 Skills: Cardiology/Electrophysiology expertise Electrophysiology consultation and patient management Cardiac rhythm disorder management Pacemaker implantation ICD implantation Loop recorder procedures Cardiac ablation procedures Inpatient and outpatient EP care Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Epic EMR proficiency
