Excellent opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a patient-focused clinical setting. This role offers the chance to work with a collaborative healthcare team while delivering high-quality preventive and chronic care services to the local community. Job Responsibilities: • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions • Conduct wellness exams and preventive screenings • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients • Manage follow-up care and patient education • Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams • Maintain accurate EMR documentation Qualifications: • MD or DO degree required • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine • Active Oklahoma medical license /IMLC • DEA certification required • Strong communication and patient care skills • Minimum 1–3 years of Primary Care experience preferred • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Working Hours: • Monday – Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • 8-hour shifts • Start Date: 07/06/2026 • End Date: 11/01/2026 Skills: • Preventive and chronic disease management • Patient-centered care • EMR documentation • Team collaboration and communication
