Quick Facts: Location: Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Brattleboro, VT Start Date: 10/01/2026 Schedule: 3-5 days per week End Date/Duration: Ongoing until specified period Shift: Flexible outpatient hours Hours/week: Up to full-time (based on schedule) Employment Type: Locum to Perm License/Certs: VT medical license, ACLS preferred Experience: At least 3 years in cardiology preferred Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate (discussed upon application) Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with relevant laws Travel and licensure reimbursements (when applicable) What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient non-invasive cardiology consultations and services Perform and interpret EKGs and echocardiograms Collaborate with APRNs and multidisciplinary team members Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR system Participate in diagnostic testing and follow-up care plans Engage in high-quality patient management within a well-supported environment What You Need: Medical license in Vermont or eligibility to obtain one Certification in cardiology (e.g., ABIM) Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in cardiology Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail Ability to perform echocardiography and ECG procedures About the Assignment: This outpatient cardiology position offers a stable and rewarding environment, focusing on diagnostic and patient-centered care.
