Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City, NJ Start Date: 08/27/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing until a permanent neurologist is hired Shift: Monday – Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (full-time preferred, 3+ days/week commitment required) Hours/Week: 40+ hours/week Employment Type: Temp-to-perm, outpatient neurology coverage Licenses/Certifications: Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license; DEA and NJ CDS certificate; BLS certification Experience: Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology, outpatient focus preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $234.00 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and expenses reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You’ll Do Evaluate and manage adult and geriatric neurology patients in outpatient settings across multiple locations including Egg Harbor Township, Hammonton, and Atlantic City Handle conditions such as headaches, seizures, neuropathy, movement disorders, MS, cognitive disorders, and post-stroke care Review diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, and outside records Order appropriate tests and manage medications Collaborate with primary care, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation and follow-up promptly using Cerner/Oracle Fusion EMR Provide consistent outpatient coverage with locations assigned in advance What You Need Required: Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license Board certification or eligibility in Neurology DEA and NJ CDS registration prior to start date BLS certification Willingness to rotate among Atlantic City, Egg Harbor Township, and Hammonton (one location per day) Preferred: Experience in outpatient adult and geriatric neurology with complex cases Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills About the Assignment This opportunity at a leading facility in Atlantic City supports an established and expanding neuroscience program serving communities throughout southern New Jersey.
