Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hourPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key liaison between customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic and international shipments from order release through deliverySchedule and track inbound and outbound freight with carriers and transportation providersCommunicate shipment status, delays, and delivery updates to customers and internal teamsPrepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, and other logistics-related paperworkMonitor inventory movements and support inventory accuracy initiativesPartner with manufacturing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentResolve shipping discrepancies, freight claims, and delivery issuesMaintain accurate records within ERP and inventory management systemsGenerate logistics and transportation reports as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and transportation regulationsQualifications2+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, manufacturing, or shipping coordination experienceStrong knowledge of freight, shipping, and inventory processesExperience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholdersInternational shipping experience is a plusAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
