Unlike many HGV contracts available at this time of year, our ASDA drivers enjoy work all yuear round. We have part time shifts available which will include a weekend. Shifts and pay rates as an HGV Class 1 Dfriver: Average paid shifts are 10-13 hours per day. 06:00 - 14:00 Starting rate £14.80 increasing to £16.85 after 12 and £17.85 after27 weeks. 14:00 - 22:00 Starting rate £16.01 increasing to £19.19 after 12 and £20.19 after 27 weeks.
22:00 - 06:00 Starting rate £17.68 increasing to £20.55 after 12 and £21.55 after 27 weeks. ALL BREAKS ARE PAID RATES INCREASE WITH SERVICE LENGTH Shift patterns available: Part time - will include weekend work Your responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver: Duties include completing 1-4 deliveries to stores as required. Deliveries can be either caged or palletised. Completing paperwork. Class 1 Driver - About you: HGV 1 C+E licence.
