Logistics Support

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Logistics Support. Position Type: Full-Time, Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: Salt Lake City Utah 84116 Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all logistics elements to ensure integrated logistics support requirements are identified and implemented throughout the program lifecycle. Develop, review, and maintain logistics support documentation, including: Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP) Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) Provisioning Parts Lists (PPL) Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD) Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) documentation Conduct logistics and supportability assessments, including: Supportability Analysis Level of Repair Analysis Spare Parts Analysis DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) Analysis Risk Assessments Analyze system lifecycle costs and develop strategies for sustainability, obsolescence management, upgrades, and end-of-life planning.

Utilize ILS tools and software to manage logistics data, monitor system performance, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate closely with systems engineers, design engineers, project teams, program managers, and customers to integrate logistics requirements into system design and development activities. Define support and maintenance requirements at organizational, intermediate, and depot levels for electronic equipment.

Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. Support onsite and offsite program reviews and meetings as required. Obtain and maintain required security clearances, licenses, or access authorizations necessary to perform assigned responsibilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Sustainment Engineering, or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).

OR Master's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience. OR Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Sustainment, or Logistics Systems Engineering in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Logistics Engineering. Hands-on experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), GEIA-STD-0007, or MIL-STD-1388-2B.

Proficiency with logistics and supportability software tools such as: Slicwave EAGLE Powerlog Experience using supportability analysis applications including: Compass (LORA) CASA (LCCA) Comparable logistics analysis tools Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and process quality. Knowledge of cost account management and project engineering practices.

Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams. Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
