Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Skilled Nursing Facility Job Description The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) delivers technical nursing care to Residents using the nursing process, functioning as a member of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may assume charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Schedule This position primarily works days, with a total of 36 guaranteed hours per week.
