Registered Nurse – Ortho/Surgical Unit Location San Antonio, TX Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 0700-1900 Job Description The Registered Nurse will work in the Ortho/Surgical unit, providing high-quality care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. The RN will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure effective patient care and safety. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients with orthopedic and surgical needs.
Assist in post-operative care and pain management. Monitor patient conditions and vital signs. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active TX RN License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Preferred certifications: Bariatric Certification, Med/Surg Certification, Ortho Certification, ACLS Why ARMStaffing?
