Job Title LPN / LVN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Location Mandan, ND | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents across a wide range of diagnoses in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment Manage a patient assignment within established facility ratios in a 128-bed facility Document and maintain accurate resident records using the PCC (PointClickCare) EMR system Participate in rotating weekend coverage, approximately every third weekend Participate in rotating holiday coverage, approximately every third holiday Complete facility-specific orientation pathway as directed by facility staff Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license valid in the state of North Dakota Must live more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates Preferred Experience / Skills IV Certification (IV-C) preferred for LPN applicants Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) EMR Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a structured, supportive long-term care environment with a clearly defined orientation pathway Expected 12-hour shifts with a predictable rotating weekend and holiday schedule
