Job Title LPN / LVN (Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse) Location Auburn, NE | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | 12-Week Assignment | Rotating Shifts | 8-Hour Shifts | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting Cover rotating day and evening shifts, including 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Participate in every-other-weekend rotation and holiday rotation as scheduled Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and well-being Required Qualifications Active LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska or compact equivalent Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel or contract nursing experience Familiarity with LTC/SNF documentation and care protocols Strong communication and adaptability skills in a fast-paced care environment Why Join Us Expected 40 hours per week with overtime potentially available for qualified candidates Immediate start available for the right candidate — targeted start date is ASAP
