Machine Assistant — 2nd Shift Pay:  $21.03 per hour Schedule:  3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday Location:  Springfield, MO Kelly is hiring Machine Assistants to support a manufacturing operation. This role involves assisting with equipment operation, monitoring product quality, documenting production information, and following established safety and production processes.
Requirements 	 Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail. 	 Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team. 	 Prior manufacturing experience preferred. 	 Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math. 	 Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. 	 Ability to stand, walk, bend, navigate stairs, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
	 Ability to work in a hot and humid, non-climate-controlled environment. 	 Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed. Important Information 	 Steel-toe, composite-toe, or approved safety shoes are required for the site tour and assignment. 	 Candidates may begin with a cleared drug test while the background check is in progress. 	 Offers are contingent upon successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
