Due to the growth of our business, we are expanding our night shift and recruiting for a Machine Minder. Shifts - 4 on 4 off 18:00-06:00 Pay - £16.77 per hour Main duties include: Work with the shift manager at the start of each shift, to work through the night shift plan by ensuring the next line needed on the plan is ready and all machines are set up with the correct product, for the Line Leader to move to on time.
Work with the hygiene team during, and at the end of shift, so the lines required during the shift are cleaned in a timely manner, to eliminate downtime when moving lines. Eliminate all line set-up downtime Assist the hygiene team by stripping down machines for cleaning The ideal person would be someone with experience in production lines. As well as an understanding of key products. However, for the right candidate, full training will be given.
