Machine Operator Production - Permanent Night Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role? Setting up the stranding machines according to work documents and producing wire ropes Continuous monitoring of the production process with intermediate and final inspections Initiating measures in case of irregularities in consultation with the shift supervisor or production manager Preparation and checking of required materials (coil, wire, grease, stranding tool) Accompanying tasks during production (drilling stripping rubber, spooling binding wire) Cleaning and lubricating the machines as well as documentation on production papers What do I need to be successful?

Experience as a machine operator Carefulness in quality control and documentation Reliability and personal responsibility in process monitoring Quick reaction to irregularities Good communication skills with the shift supervisor and production manager Physical resilience and safety awareness Teamwork and willingness to learn Working hours from 22:45 to 05:30 What distinguishes the company?
