Machine Operator I – Centerless Grinder Location:  Woburn, MA Schedule:  Full-time 	 1st Shift:  6:30 AM–3:00 PM —  $20/hour 	 2nd Shift:  3:00 PM–11:30 PM —  $23/hour A precision manufacturing company serving the medical device, automotive, aerospace, and defense industries is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a  Machine Operator I – Centerless Grinder  position.
This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training provided. Responsibilities 	 Operate centerless grinding machines. 	 Read basic blueprints and job orders. 	 Use manual micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect parts. 	 Perform basic math and measurements. Qualifications 	 Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. 	 Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
	 Manual micrometer experience preferred. After conversion, employees may be eligible for a  $1–$2 per hour raise within the first year , 10369328
