Pre-Requisites NDT in Polymer science / Diploma in any related field or Advanced Certificate GCE (A/L) in Bio Science Stream or Maths Stream. Chemistry passed will be added advantage.
Preferred 3 years' experience in manufacturing sector. Should have thorough knowledge and experience in Operations and People Management. Computer literacy (MS Excel & other office applications). Good Communication skills - both written & verbal skills in Sinhala & English.
