You’ll be: 	 Repairing and maintaining all components of production CNC machines and facility equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and material handling systems 	 Troubleshooting equipment failures to the electronic and/or mechanical component level and performing necessary repairs 	 Inspecting and measuring machine parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other issues 	 Realigning and adjusting machine components such as spindles and clutches 	 Validating machine and equipment repairs to ensure proper operation 	 Troubleshooting electrical components, measuring voltages, and interpreting machine system drawings 	 Providing support and training for machinists and machine operators 	 Developing and performing preventive maintenance for each machine 	 Coordinating with outside suppliers for repairs as needed 	 Collaborating with engineers, production personnel, and programmers to resolve machining or assembly problems This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 	 Have an Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical disciplines (preferred) or equivalent technical/military training 	 Bring at least 5 years of related experience and/or training on CNC production machines (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 	 Possess strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical skills 	 Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams 	 Have excellent communication and organizational abilities What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
