Experienced in maintaining mechanical and electrical plant, equipment and building services Skilled in planned maintenance, reactive repairs and breakdown response Knowledgeable in HVAC, gas, steam, medical gas and plant room systems Able to complete PAT and support statutory testing in line with BS 7671 Practical and confident using tools and equipment for repairs and minor fabrication Able to work independently or as part of a team Safety conscious, reliable and willing to complete required training Able to support the training and supervision of junior colleagues Willing to participate in the on call rota and occasional overtime Able to drive a company van when requiredBackground checksThis role may require employment screening and background checks in line with client, contractual and site requirements.
