Maintenance Mechanics (All Levels - All Shifts - All Full-Time)

Position closes Friday, September 18, 2026 Position Summary   The Mechanic is responsible for helping maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational casino environment for guests and team members. This role performs a variety of maintenance, repair, preventative maintenance, and facility support functions across building systems while delivering exceptional guest service and demonstrating the GILA WAY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Provide outstanding guest service to internal and external guests while promoting the GILA WAY. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, including toilets, urinals, faucets, and related components. Maintain and repair electrical components such as receptacles, switches, lighting fixtures, ballasts, lamps, and fluorescent tubes.

Inspect, maintain, and replace HVAC filters and assist with maintenance of exhaust and ventilation systems. Repair and maintain furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, and other facility assets. Support building upkeep, refurbishment projects, and facility improvement initiatives. Complete assigned work orders, projects, and maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner. Assist in emergency response procedures and facility-related safety initiatives as needed.

Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications   Previous maintenance, facilities, building operations, or mechanical experience preferred. Placement within Mechanic levels may be based on experience, skills, certifications, and demonstrated capabilities. Working knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and preventative maintenance.

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of facility-related issues. Strong guest service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through with minimal supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, team members, and management.
