Buildings, facilities, outdoor areas, meeting rooms or events. With your craft skills and eye for detail, you ensure that our site functions smoothly and that employees and guests feel comfortable with us. Maintenance Specialist Tasks You take care of the maintenance of our buildings, facilities, machines and equipment and carry out minor repairs yourself.
You keep our outdoor areas in good condition and also help with gardening work. If external craftsmen are working with us, you accompany and coordinate their work on site. You support events and ensure that our meeting rooms are ready when needed. You take care of the distribution of office supplies and keep an overview of the inventory management of our external cleaning companies. You walk through the site with open eyes, recognise the need for action and take care of it.
Requirements You have completed training as a Maintenance Specialist and already have several years of professional experience in building services. You are skilled with your hands and like to get stuck in yourself. You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented. You enjoy contact with people and present yourself in a friendly and confident manner to a wide range of stakeholders. You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
You can confidently use Word, Excel and Outlook. You hold a category B driving licence. Category BE is a plus.
