To strengthen our commercial refrigeration team in the Romandy cantons, we are looking for a 100% team leader for the cantons of Vaud and Valais. This position reports to the sector manager and is based in Prilly. Maintenance Team Leader VD/VS Your tasks Supervise, motivate and develop the skills of the team technicians; Ensure the smooth running of the preventive maintenance schedule and work on quotes; Organise repair interventions; Manage orders for consumables and subcontractor interventions related to the contract; Propose opportunities for diversification and increase of contractual services; Control the compliance of work execution by your team and subcontractors; Ensure compliance with the company’s safety standards.
Your profile Minimum 3 years’ experience as a team leader; Excellent knowledge of HVAC and commercial refrigeration; Mastery of various refrigerants, CO2, NH3...; Good client relations and team management skills; Comfortable with IT and writing tools; Proactive, adaptable and a good communicator.
