MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/OPERATOR Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in the concrete manufacturing industry. Proven experience operating concrete press machines (hydraulic, automatic, or cement block-making machines).

Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems. Must hold a Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electro-mechanics, or related field. Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and operate concrete press machines, including hydraulic and automatic block-making machines. Monitor production processes for products such as tumbled bricks, sleek bricks, hollow blocks, pots, and cement products.

Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure continuous and efficient production. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, taking corrective actions when necessary. Intervene promptly in case of machine malfunctions or production disruptions. Ensure all equipment operates within set parameters and production standards. Maintain accurate production and maintenance records. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
