•     Comprehensive Training: Get top-notch safety and technical training upon hire—and ongoing feedback to help you succeed. What You’ll Do: •    Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems—including power distribution, lighting, transformers, and wiring. •    Work with relay logic, ladder diagrams, motor starters, sensors, and control components.
•    Perform preventative maintenance and respond swiftly (and safely!) to urgent repairs. •    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. What Makes You a Great Fit: •    Experience troubleshooting PLC programs and reading ladder logic diagrams. •    Strong electrical and technical skills—working with CPUs, I/O boards, and communication modules.
•    Willingness to work assigned shifts (2nd or 3rd, including overtime) and a dedicated focus on safety. Ready for What’s Next?
