Major Incident Management Coordinator

Step into a dynamic role supporting critical incident response and service restoration efforts in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Facilitate incident bridge calls and help keep discussions focused, organized, and productive.

Share timely updates with stakeholders to support clear communication during critical incidents. Track service restoration progress and escalate delays or blockers when needed. Maintain accurate incident timelines to support transparency and audit readiness. Document action items, assign follow-ups, and help ensure accountability through resolution. Coordinate post-incident review sessions to capture lessons learned and support process improvements.

Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly and professionally. Excellent facilitation skills for guiding calls and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Experience in incident management or IT service management. Ability to stay composed under pressure while managing competing priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking updates, timelines, and follow-up items.

Preferred Skills Familiarity with ITIL practices. Experience supporting structured post-incident review processes. Comfort working in a collaborative environment where timely communication is essential. Ability to identify issues early and help drive resolution through coordination and follow-up.
