Field Service Manager - Remote UK Due to an internal promotion, our client, a global engineering organisation, is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead an established team of Field Service and Commissioning Engineers. This is a hands off leadership role focused on team management, resource planning, operational coordination and health & safety compliance. Key Skills Experience leading field-based engineering teams.
Practical mechanical, industrial or engineering background. Progression from a hands-on engineering role into management. Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. Experience with RAMS and safe systems of work. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and business systems. Desirable IOSH and/or NEBOSH. Experience within utilities, water treatment, power generation, M&E or industrial engineering environments.
What's on Offer Remote UK-based role. Monthly office visit. Site travel as required. Established engineering team. Autonomy and responsibility for operational delivery and team performance.
