Its 18 bedrooms were refurbished within the last 2 years, and work is planned to its restaurant this year. The garden is large with a stretch tent for private functions, clay pizza oven & intimate terrace dining; it really does offer everything for everyone. The vacancy would suit an experienced General Manager with a passion and love for great food & wine. This is offered as live-out. What we can offer you: Our General Manager contracts are 40 hour a week over 5 days, business needs can influence this but we never "celebrate" working too many hours!!
