We are looking for an experienced Manager Corporate Banking to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients, with a strong focus on credit, relationship management, business development and portfolio performance. The role will be responsible for originating, assessing and structuring corporate and commercial credit facilities, conducting financial and risk analysis, managing client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow lending, revenue and overall client profitability.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate and commercial banking clients. Originate, assess and structure credit facilities in line with the Bank’s policies and risk appetite. Conduct financial, credit and risk analysis and prepare credit recommendations. Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality and emerging risks.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities. Achieve lending, revenue, portfolio growth and business development targets. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective credit processing and client service. Ensure compliance with regulatory, AML/CFT, KYC and internal requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

Relevant banking experience , including solid experience in Corporate and/or Commercial Banking. Proven experience in corporate credit assessment, structuring and portfolio management. Strong experience in corporate client relationship management and business development. Strong financial and credit analysis skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical and decision-making skills. Knowledge of credit risk management, banking products and regulatory requirements.

Experience managing complex corporate/commercial portfolios and professional qualifications in credit, finance or risk management will be considered an advantage. Location: Georgetown - Guyana Work model: 100% onsite
