Manufacturing Engineering Intern - 998 We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern in our Broomfield, CO location. All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test. Key Responsibilities: This role is between scientists and engineers Support Value Stream Mapping and Process Design creation for the quantum computer hardware Assist in developing processes that support bill-of-material creation, single source of truth, change management for the quantum computer Assist in integrating a new product lifecycle management system Review the quantum computer for design for cost, test and manufacturability opportunities Research and evaluate new and existing processes, operations, and support systems for adaptation and/or improvements needed to manufacture the quantum computer YOU MUST HAVE: Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree Graduating after December 2026 Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S.
Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen. Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status WE VALUE: Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred Design for Test, Design for Cost, Design for Manufacturability experience strongly preferred Ability to work in cross-functional / matrix reporting structure Experience in system engineering, physics, lasers & optics, electrical engineering, or closely allied fields Experience with product lifecycle management software or enterprise resource planning software Individuals who are results-oriented and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done despite competing priorities Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this role is $27 - $36 per hour.
