We are Looking for a MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Location: El Socorro Our Client is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead production operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining all other normal targets. Responsibilities Monitor and improve productivity, scrap, quality and downtime Supervise and coach production staff and manage shift resources Ensure production schedules are achieved on time and in full Work closely with Maintenance to troubleshoot and minimize downtime Partner with Quality Control to investigate non-conformances and support root-cause and preventive actions Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping and overtime Promote HSE, Food Safety and company policies Qualifications & Experience Degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Food Science, Chemistry, Management, Engineering or related field is an asset Diploma in Management, Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role Experience in manufacturing, construction or another production/operational environment; FMCG/food production experience is an asset.
