Public Sector to build and execute the company’s marketing and brand strategy across the U.S. federal, defense, intelligence, homeland security, and law-enforcement sectors.This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on strengthening Windward’s market position, developing mission-driven narratives, identifying high-impact opportunities, and executing programs that build credibility, engagement, and business growth.You will work closely with the U.S.

public-sector sales team, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.What You’ll DoBuild and execute Windward’s brand and marketing strategy for the U.S. public sector.Develop clear, differentiated, mission-relevant positioning for government, defense, intelligence, and law-enforcement audiences.Adapt Windward’s global brand strategy to the priorities, language, and operating realities of the U.S.

market.Identify marketing opportunities based on federal priorities, policy developments, budget cycles, geopolitical events, mission requirements, and competitive activity.Own Windward’s presence at key defense, intelligence, maritime, national-security, and federal-technology events.Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, executive roundtables, briefings, speaking engagements, webinars, and partner events.Identify and develop collaborations with technology partners, government contractors, industry associations, research organizations, media, and other influential stakeholders.Build thought-leadership programs and content around Maritime AI, maritime domain awareness, national security, illicit activity, sanctions enforcement, and operational decision-making.Develop executive content, reports, briefs, presentations, customer stories, event materials, and sales-enablement assets.Support executives and subject-matter experts with messaging, speaking opportunities, and external engagements.Manage external agencies, vendors, event partners, budgets, and program performance.
