Who are we looking for?The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

This role creates compelling content, manages internal and external communications, supports marketing campaigns, and ensures consistent messaging across all channels. The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the company's brand and supporting its marketing initiatives. What will you be doing?Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan for the growth and development of the MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions business in designated markets, in alignment with commercial objectivesDevelop internal and external communications in support of regional line of business (LOB) goals, working with appropriate departments to obtain approvals as necessarSupport the regional business initiatives, remaining in close alignment with LOB leadersPartner with regional sales and technical teams on sales enablement tools and strategies in support of key business objectives and new product introductionsCollaborate with the social media lead to maintain and create content for social media platforms, using appropriate metrics to track reach and engagementPlan, manage, and execute on regional events, seminars, and tradeshows in alignment with LOB objectivesDevelop articles, presentations, talking points, webinars, advertisements, and collaterial for both digital and print, obtaining reviews and approvals as necessaryCollaborate with the social media lead to develop, create, and execute social media content in support of LOB priorities, business initiatives, events, and product launches, using appropriate metrics to track reach, engagement, and performance.Develop messaging and positioning that clearly communicates our unique value proposition to key target audiences and segments Liaise with external agencies, designers, photographers, and suppliers to ensure schedules, budgets, and briefs are met and delivered to agreed upon specifications Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional project teams, including but not limited to, regional and country managers, product teams, technical specialists, sales operations, supp
