Essential Duties & Responsibilities Loads and unloads HAZMAT materials onto and off trucks, ensuring that appropriate padding and ropes are used to prevent damage Conducts periodic reviews of all facilities on a quarterly basis Ensure that all HAZMAT coordinators forward copies of training certificates / class rosters to the COR Ensure the material inventory quarterly report is completed and submitted to the P2 Division Ensure all hazardous material storage locations, cabinets, lockers, and rooms are identified, approved and in good working order.

Ensure required initial report of spill forms for all spills that occur in coordinator's area of control Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Level of Experience Requirements: Five to seven (5-7) years facility maintenance experience Thirty (30) hours OSHA safety class or equivalent within the past three (3) years Must be able to follow basic safety procedures Must be able to follow verbal directions Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Ability to manage multi-state departments and employees Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows - understanding how work moves through a company. Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools - e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry‑standard software. Knowledge of customer service practices - principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally.

Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles - awareness of proper handling of sensitive information. Communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Time management and prioritization - balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Problem‑solving and critical thinking - analyzing issues and selecting appropriate solutions. Interpersonal and teamwork skills - building rapport and collaborating effectively with others.

Attention to detail - producing accurate, error‑free work. Preferred HAZMAT experience with the DoD preferred.
