As a Material Handler, you will play an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly by safely moving, staging, loading, and unloading materials throughout the job site.  Operating a forklift throughout the facility and job site is a major part of this position.
 Qualified candidates should be comfortable operating a forklift regularly while following all safety procedures and site guidelines. What You’ll Do 	 Operate a forklift throughout the facility and job site to transport materials safely and efficiently. 	 Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials in designated areas. 	 Deliver materials to production, warehouse, and other work areas as needed.
	 Verify material quantities and inspect items for visible damage. 	 Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and traffic rules. 	 Maintain an organized and clean work area. 	 Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors. 	 Meet productivity, attendance, quality, and safety expectations. 	 Perform additional material-handling duties as assigned.
Shift Options All shifts are  12 hours : Shift Schedule Hours Early Week Day — EWD Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Late Week Day — LWD Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Early Week Night — EWN Sunday–Tuesday and every other Saturday 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Late Week Night — LWN Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. X-Team Peak Season Shifts During peak season,  X-Team shifts  may be scheduled on any day of the week to support increased business needs. These extra shifts are a great opportunity to work additional hours and increase your weekly earnings. Pay and Benefits of the Schedule Day Shift 	 Regular pay:  $18.75 per hour 	 Overtime pay:  $28.13 per hour 	 The final  3.5 hours of every full shift are paid at the overtime rate Night Shift 	 Regular pay:  $19.25 per hour 	 Overtime pay:  $28.88 per hour 	 The final  3.5 hours of every full shift are paid at the overtime rate Additional Advantages 	 Paid every Friday 	 Consistent 12-hour shifts 	 Built-in overtime opportunity on full shifts 	 Additional hours available through X-Team peak-season shifts 	 Opportunity to earn more by working extra shifts 	 Hands-on experience in material handling and logistics What We’re Looking For 	 Previous forklift experience preferred; forklift certification may be required.
	 Ability to safely operate a forklift throughout the job site. 	 Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and alternating Saturdays as scheduled. 	 Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. 	 Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. 	 Reliable attendance and punctuality. 	 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
