PE Global is currently recruiting for a Material Planner for a leading multi-national manufacturing client based in Desford, Leicestershire. This is an initial 12 month contract position, paying up to £15.93 per hour PAYE or £21.81 per hour Umbrella Duties of the role/Responsibilities assisting customers with orders/queries and the timely receipt of product whilst also driving incremental sales with the assigned customer base.
Providing technical information, entering, and expediting orders whilst handling customer problems with professionalism and efficiency to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience. This role is analytical and requires a problem-solving mindset with the drive to serve our customers and exceed expectations. Whilst also building and maintaining strong professional relationships with our key partners globally.
Education/Experience Hands on experience in a logistics or supply chain role Experience in a customer facing role, dealing with orders/queries Data analysis experience using Excel (lookups and data analysis) Experience of Power BI, SQL nice to have Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
