Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.

Lead the Operation.If you're energized by solving logistical challenges, balancing inventory with customer demand, and leading a team in a 24/7 operation that keeps a manufacturing operation running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you.As our Materials Manager, you'll be at the center of the action.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational performance, and the overall success of the facility.What You'll Be DoingYour days will be a mix of planning, problem-solving, and leading people.You'll:Responsible for planning, ordering, and procuring raw materials to support production requirements while analyzing inventory levels and demand forecasts to ensure material availability.Adjust production schedules and priorities based on changing business needsPartner closely with customer service, production, and operations teamsLead warehouse operations and oversee a team of 16 employees, ensuring products move efficiently through receiving, storage, and shipment.Monitor cycle counts and inventory accuracy, helping identify discrepancies before they become larger issuesReview labor utilization and overtime needs while supporting a productive and engaged warehouse teamCoordinate inbound and outbound logisticsManage packaging and semi-finished goods inventory to support uninterrupted productionDrive continuous improvements in safety, efficiency, and cost control throughout the distribution functionEnsure raw materials and packaging materials are available to support production.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Experience in adhering to quality management systems. Experience maintaining a safe work environment. Working knowledge of SAP or ERP warehouse management systems Proficient in Microsoft Word , Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookProven ability to set and control inventory, Solid. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to support after hour calls and work extended hours, Solid.
