👶🩺✨ Join a collaborative team providing specialized care for high-risk pregnancies in a modern clinical setting! 💼 Opportunity Overview We are seeking MFM Physicians to provide consultative and ultrasound-based care in York, Pennsylvania . This role focuses on managing high-risk obstetric cases with strong support from an experienced multidisciplinary team. 🕒 Schedule & Coverage 📅 Monday – Friday ⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 🚫 No call required (optional if preferred) 📆 Start: May 2026 ⏳ Ongoing assignment with flexible coverage options ✔️ Open to full-time or 1 week/month coverage 🔑 Key Responsibilities 👶 Provide care for high-risk pregnancies 🧠 Manage complex maternal-fetal conditions including: ✔️ Gestational & pre-existing diabetes ✔️ Hypertension & HELLP syndrome ✔️ Cardiac, pulmonary & renal disorders ✔️ Multiple gestations & placental complications 🔬 Perform and interpret advanced ultrasounds: ✔️ Level II targeted scans ✔️ Fetal echocardiography ✔️ Amniocentesis & genetic procedures 📋 Conduct consults and develop care plans 🤝 Collaborate with OB/GYNs, APPs, and clinical staff 📝 Document using Epic EMR 🏥 Clinical Environment 🏥 Outpatient clinic setting 👥 Support team: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 APPs 📊 Patient volume: ~25 patients/day 🛏️ 10-bed department 👶 Focus on adult patients of childbearing age ✅ Required Qualifications 🎓 MD/DO degree 🏅 Board Certified/Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine 📜 Active Pennsylvania medical license (or willingness to obtain) 💊 DEA & BLS certification required 🧠 Minimum 1+ year of experience ⭐ Preferred Skills 🔍 Strong ultrasound diagnostic expertise 🧬 Experience with high-risk pregnancy management 📈 Ability to handle complex consultative cases ⚙️ Additional Details 📋 Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days (temps available) 📈 Ongoing coverage need with flexible scheduling 🏥 Level III pediatric support available 💖 Why Join This Opportunity?
