Versatile position combining operation activities of rectification, filtering and distillation facilities as well as mechanical maintenance activities, with a balanced distribution between the two areas. Integrated into the "rectification & filtering" department, you participate alone or in a team in the improvement and maintenance of our production tools. Operational activities: Ensure the proper functioning of rectification, filtering and distillation facilities to guarantee the quality, availability and performance of the equipment.
Prepare the support and working cylinders according to production standards. Participate in daily operational activities and contribute to achieving production, quality and safety objectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of facilities and working methods (5S, NOS, Operator Care). Mechanical maintenance activities: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on the sector’s equipment.
Participate in the overhaul, commissioning and continuous improvement of the different parts of our machines. Coordinate maintenance interventions and ensure the reliability and availability of the equipment. Diagnose breakdowns and implement necessary actions to guarantee production continuity. How to convince us: Certified mechanic (polymechanic or equivalent) At least two years of experience in an industrial environment You are dynamic, able to take initiative, have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team You demonstrate great rigour and a strong sense of quality, aware that non-compliant preparation or finishing of cylinders can have a direct impact on production performance and reliability Knowledge of SAP is an advantage You are available to provide on-call service Good understanding of industrial equipment and performance challenges (quality, deadlines, costs, KPIs) Ability to establish a climate of trust, fostering team cohesion, commitment and effective daily collaboration.
Fluency in French or German, with a good knowledge of the other language (English is a plus).
