This position combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities , ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment for residents. 🔎 Key Responsibilities 🩺 Provide direct patient care including evaluations, examinations, and treatment planning 📋 Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests 💊 Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions 📚 Apply evidence-based medicine to diagnose and manage medical conditions 👥 Serve as Medical Director for assigned facilities and support clinical teams 🤝 Coordinate referrals with specialists and healthcare providers 🧠 Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care 📦 Oversee appropriate use of medical supplies and resources 📝 Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and chart completion 🏥 Support quality improvement and patient care standards across facilities ✅ Qualifications ✔ MD, DO, or MBBS from an accredited institution ✔ Active or eligible U.S.
