Quick Facts Location: 317 Martin Luther King Junior Way, Tacoma, WA 98405 Start Date: 08/19/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Outpatient clinic, flexible hours Hours/week: Full-time hours (as per facility schedule) Employment Type: Contract/Temporary with potential for extension License/Certs: Active Washington license, Pediatric Genetics experience preferred Experience: Pediatric genetics and biochemical genetics background preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (reviewed at application) Benefits Include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide expert pediatric genetics outpatient consultations for patients aged 0-21 Assess, diagnose, and develop management plans for genetic conditions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting over 30 specialties Educate patients and families on genetic conditions and treatment options Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards What You Need Required: Active Washington State Medical License Pediatric genetics experience (preferably biochemical genetics) Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred: Experience working within a multidisciplinary clinic Bilingual skills or culturally competent care experience About the Assignment This outpatient pediatric genetics position is based at a reputable facility in Tacoma, Washington, specializing in a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
